Just like many of you, I have a sensitivity to certain ingredients in baked goods. Working in pastry for over 18 years, it was frustrating that I could not fully enjoy all of the wonderful items I created. As I began making items dairy free for myself, I realized that there was also a need for gluten free baked goodies, thus The PeaceBaker.

We would like to thank all of our friends, family, followers who have been with us from the very beginning. We could not have done any of this without your thoughts, prayers, love and support. We are forever grateful.


All of our baked goods are made from scratch. We enjoy our products just as much as our customers, and strongly believe in using local fresh produce. We never use any added preservatives or additives in our recipes.


All goods are baked in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.Having a sous chef with celiac helps in creating a safe environment for our staff and our customers, and we work very hard to maintain a gluten-free environment.


ALL of our goods are gluten free,dairy free and Kosher.Although we are a gluten-free bakery we understand the needs and lifestyles of others, so 98% of our products are vegan too.

      • Doberge – 4 layers of vanilla egg cake, chocolate custard and chocolate glaze.
